Each area of Surrey is represented by a Community Learning Partnership (CLP). Information gathered by each CLP's Community Learning Adviser forms the basis of the report and can include: statistics, maps and other research to define local learning needs, a description of current provision available to meet that need, information on CLP projects and how CLP activities link into the Local Strategic Plan of each Borough or District Council. The Community Learning Adviser updates this report twice annually.
